A Care Home similar to the above with 30 residents £ 400*
An Industrial unit of one or
two floors employing 5 to 20 persons £ 250 -
A heavy industrial unit with
flammables and chemicals employing 5 to 20 persons can be expected to
cost around £ 400 -
A hotel comprising 5 to 20 bedrooms
on 2 floors £ 250 -
Premises consisting of Offices
employing 5 to 30 persons £ 220 -
£ 300 -
Public House from £200* depending on size
Premises consisting of a small Shop or open plan Office £ 200*
Car Showroom with Workshop from £ 250 to £ 400*
Reviewing an existing Fire Risk Assessment £ 150 or 60% of full Assessment cost which ever is the greater*
*All Prices exclude VAT @ 17.5%.
